I Rave GirlStuff & Solique UV Glow

I attended the "Rave" party of Girlstuff recently and to be honest, I didn't know what to expect especially because the event was going to be held in a bar. All I knew that time was that I am in love with Solique by Girlstuff and I was really excited to find out what's new with them.


As I walked in, the lights were turned off and everything was glowing.


Nikki talked about being "too old" for the party scene. And I couldn't help but try and remember when was the last time I went to a bar. Haha!



Ms. Janina Tan talked about the newest line of Girlstuff which is the Rave Neon Summer collection. Yes, by the name, you can already tell that the colors are neon. The collection is composed of 4 neon shades namely Lounge (green), Techno (pink), Chill (blue) and Breakbeat (orange).



Then there's also UV-Glow Solique Gel Top Coat. It's a really interesting product and a revolutionary formula. It basically glows in black and UV light. That's why the bar was so dark! :p


UV-Glow Top Coat incorporates a photo-initiator that reacts under natural light with a polymer present in Solique Polishes resulting in the steadfast curing film (gel manicure). UV-Glow also contains a fluorescent brightener which reacts under black light causing the polish to glow. You can use this on bare nails or over any polish.

Coincidentally, it was also Janina's birthday! Here's her birthday cake. So fitting for the polish queen! :D


I was able to get my nails done by their talented nail technicians and instagrammers.

Relik bar was filled with colorful lights and polishes! All of the guests had a blast taking photos and chatting and ehem ehem, eating as well.
Fly Shades was also there and gave us all a pair of shades. Perfect pair for that summer-ready nails!

I was also able to snap some photos of my "glow in the dark" nails partying while the darling daughter is away. Hahaha!
