Review on Nivea Body Lotion In-Shower Whitening Skin Conditioner

I enjoy trying out new and innovative products time and time again. And one of the newest “kinda crazy” product I encountered was Nivea Body Lotion In-Shower Whitening Skin Conditioner. This was actually sent to me be Robinsons Department Store together with some other products but this really caught my eye. So I knew I had to try it out right away and give you a mini review.

First of all, it’s got a cute packaging. Almost looks like a body wash, but not quite. It’s also got this mild floral powdery scent which I think is a signature of Nivea.

How to Use:

1. Use your shower gel and rinse off.

2. Apply Nivea In Shower SKin Conditioner while still in the shower.

3. Rinse off.

4. Dry yourself and get dressed.

Pretty simple and easy steps right? So I went ahead and tried it out right after I got it and my skin felt soooooo soft in the shower. It feels like you have a silky mask on the skin, that’s how soft my skin felt. I would describe it like this: when you condition your hair and you’re rinsing it off; it traces your body. That’s how it feels like, but that sensation lingers.

What I LIKE:

Little amount goes a long way.
Instant soft feeling.
Non greasy.
Soft feeling stays for at least 10 hours based on my experience.
I don’t feel the need to put moisturizer after taking a bath.

What I DON’T LIKE:

Because of the new sensation, I feel like I still have conditioner on my skin. So I keep rinsing and rinsing.

Is this something that I consider a nice addition to your shower routine? Yes I do. I feel like it really made my skin uber soft. However, I don’t think that this is a necessity. It’s a nice to have but you can definitely live without it.
